The second release of 'Barley' from our sister distillery 'Circumstance'
This grain spirit is made from 5 types of barley - malted barley, unmalted barley, dark malt, chocolate malt and smoked malt. It was aged on charred oak spindles before resting in ex-bourbon oak cask.
This spirit is young but complex. Notes of burnt milk chocolate, creamy porridge and agave syrup.
