Let the fun be...gin
We chose, measured and added our own selection of botanicals (from a huge collection of floral, woody, fruity, herby and spicy flavours) to a basic alcohol, then distilled and bottled an individual gin. While waiting for the process, we tasted Psychopomp gins, swigged gin and tonics, learnt about gin ...and chatted to our hosts and the other six amateur distillers. Magic afternoon, thoroughly recommended - and you get to bring home a very special bottle.O B
Great experience
Went for a 'create your own gin' experience with hubby. Brilliant fun. Used a still to create our own unique combination of flavours and came away with a bottle of gin (not yet opened as keeping for Christmas!). Great staff - very friendly and efficient, all felt very well organised. Met a nice group of fellow gin lovers and had a few laughs along the way. Left with more gin knowledge, appreciation for flavours and hopefully a good bottle of gin! Their gins are amazing, got to sample some on the day and will definitely be back to pick up some more in the future. Would recommend this experience, and well worth the walk up St Michaels Hill!W P
