Complex, smooth, zesty gin, drink neat at room temp
This is not an in your face zesty, like sipsmith citrus, but a gentle zestiness like the Japanese Roku gin. It has a more complex width of flavours than Roku has. Citrusy but still light gentle and smooth
A smooth high quality gin, with lovely light citrus fruit flavour coming through. The citrus flavour is not overwhelming when compared the sipsmith lemon, or chase pomello, but it's still there in the long aftertaste. A lovely xmas present last year - only just got around to dinking it now. Genuinely superb gin. Barry Jenkins
